Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we provide samples. Standard samples are usually free (you cover shipping). Custom samples require a sample fee, which is refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Sample lead time is 7-15 days.

Do you provide packaging customization?

What if I receive defective products?

We stand behind our quality. If you receive defective products, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We will investigate and provide a solution β replacement, refund, or credit β at no cost to you.

How do I track my order?

Our sales team provides regular production updates with photos. Once shipped, we provide tracking numbers for express/air shipments and bill of lading for sea freight. You can track your order at every stage.
Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China β approximately 1 hour from Shenzhen airport. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit and we will arrange airport pickup.
