These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CHIAN METAL PRECISION website and any orders placed through us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair it, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data. All product information is provided for reference and does not constitute a binding offer.
An order is considered confirmed only after we have issued a written proforma invoice and received the agreed deposit. Product specifications, quantities, and prices are subject to the confirmed quotation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, L/C at sight may be accepted. All bank charges outside China are for the buyer's account. Orders will not be released for shipment until full payment is received.
Lead times are estimates and depend on order quantity and complexity. Delivery terms (Incoterms) will be stated on the quotation. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or carrier issues.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of CHIAN METAL PRECISION and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom designs, drawings, and tooling provided by the buyer remain the buyer's property. We will not disclose confidential buyer designs to third parties.
While we strive to keep product information accurate, we do not warrant that specifications, images, or pricing are complete, reliable, or error-free. Products are sold "as described" in the confirmed order. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHIAN METAL PRECISION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court where CHIAN METAL PRECISION is located.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
